It's a story that can only be described as bizarre. A St. Louis couple took their car to a Berkeley mechanic for a new motor, but when they went to pick it up, the mechanic told them the car was stolen. Now the car has reappeared, and it's sitting on the same lot from where it was stolen. News 4's Chris Nagus reports.
