(KMOV) – Police say four people face charges for their alleged involvement in a robbery at one of the suspect’s place of employment in Kirkwood on Jan. 30.

Eric Carson, 22, Jerry Marshall, 23, and Amber Green, 22, were all charged with three counts of first-degree robbery and three counts of armed criminal action. The fourth suspect, 22-year-old Chelsea Ashcraft, was charged with resisting a lawful stop.

According to police, Carson and Marshall approached three men in the parking lot of the White Castle in the 1200 block of S. Kirkwood Rd. about 9:30 p.m. and robbed them of cash and cell phones.

Police say Carson, who had a gun, and Marshall then got into a getaway vehicle driven by Green.

They then dropped off Marshall, who walked to a nearby parking lot and got into a second vehicle where his girlfriend, Ashcraft, waited. Officers tried to stop them, but they fled the area at a high rate of speed.

Kirkwood police say they later arrested Carson and Green at a home in the 2100 block of Boxwood in High Ridge. That’s where police say they found the first getaway vehicle, one of the victims’ cell phone and cash.

Police say Marshall and Ashcraft, who was an employee at the White Castle, were arrested at a home in St. Louis.

All four suspects each remain in custody at the St. Louis County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
