(KMOV) -- Authorities were on the scene of a massive fire that engulfed a home in Centreville on Monday.
Firefighters responded to the intersection of Church and 59th after the fire broke out around 6:30 a.m.
The house appeared to be a total loss and flames spread to a nearby mobile home. Flames also hit power lines as sparks could be seen from SkyZoom 4 cameras.
Fire crews battling the blaze eventually got it contained by about 7:30 a.m. No one was inside the home when the fire started and no injuries were reported.
The owner of the 100-year-old home had been staying nearby with her sister and woke up to see flames. That's when she noticed it was her house on fire.
The cause of the blaze was unknown.
