TOKYO -- For the last three months, a man has stood watch at a subway station in Tokyo helping travelers haul luggage, strollers or anything else heavy.

He named himself "Carry Your Stuff Ranger."

The 27-year-old said at first people thought he was suspicious, and they called him "weird guy" and told him to "back off."

After assisting them, he said they call him a "good weird guy."
