(KMOV.com) -- One stretch of Interstate 270 has reopened after crews finished work ahead of schedule, but some Missouri interstates remain restricted or closed.

The eastbound Interstate 44 ramp to southbound I-270 has reopened after crews made quick work of bridge repairs on Saturday.  A section of I-270 between I-44 and Gravois Road was closed Friday night so crews could begin repairs and re-stripe lanes.  The repairs were expected to last until Monday morning.

MoDOT officials said crews worked quickly and were able to complete the repairs ahead of schedule, but motorists should watch for narrowed lanes and reduced speed limits.

While crews working on I-270 were able to complete repairs ahead of schedule, crews on other interstates and roadways are still performing maintenance on bridges and working to shift lanes in preparation for future projects.

Starting at 7 p.m. on Friday night (July 8th), all lanes on Interstate 170 at Delmar will close.  Crews will be setting girders for the new Delmar bridge.  Traffic on I-170 will be detoured up and over Delmar exit ramps.  Motorists will not be able to access Delmar from I-170 and motorists on Delmar will not be able to access the interstate.  I-170 is expected to reopen by 5 a.m. Monday morning.

In north St. Louis County this weekend, all lanes of southbound I-270 between Dorsett and Page Avenue will return to four straight through lanes.  One lane southbound will close at 8 p.m. on Friday.  Two lanes will be closed by 11 p.m.  Sometime overnight, all southbound lanes will close for a short duration.  The lanes are expected to reopen by 5 a.m. Saturday morning as crews complete the bridge repairs on the south section of he Marine Avenue bridge.

Here is a list of complete closures for the weekend and following week:
