BMW Championship announces new parking plan

(KMOV) -- The public and volunteer parking area at Hunter Farms off Ladue Road will be closed Friday due to the rain that washed out the first round of the BMW Championship at Bellerive Country Club.
Parking will be provided free of charge at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater (Riverport) and the adjacent Harrah's St. Louis Casino and Hotel, located on the Earth City Expressway just south of Interstate 70.
Shuttles will begin running at 8 a.m. for volunteers and 9:30 a.m. for golf fans. Shuttles will run continously throughout the day. Fans will be dropped off at the corner of North Mason Road and Ladue Road, and will enter Bellerive Country Club nearby. The will call window will be relocated to the new entrance for Friday's frst round. Fans will pick up the return shuttles at the point of drop-off.
St. Louis Elks Lodge #9 located one mile east of Bellerive Country Golf Club at 12481 Ladue Rd. in Creve Coeur will be offering parking and a shuttle service to and from the entrance of the golf tournament for $20.

Golf is expected to conclude on Friday at approximately 5 p.m.
Only ground passes and hospitality passes dated Friday, Sept. 5, will be honored on Friday. Tickets from Thursday's postponed round will be honored either Saturday or Sunday.
There is no drop-off area for private transportation.
