St. Louis (KMOV) -- A traffic accident involving a tractor trailer and a Ford Expedition with children inside has been reported on westbound I-70 near Wentzville, according to officials with the Mo. Highway Patrol.

Authorities said all injuries were considered moderate and the accident scene has been cleared.
