ST. LOUIS (KMOV)- Chief Dan Isom has been at the helm of the St. Louis Police Department for 3 months now.
On Wednesday he talked to News 4 about the new accountability measures he's put in place to prevent the kind of scandals the department's had recently.
He also discussed the federal investigation into the towing scandal, saying until it’s over there will be speculation about who in the department is involved.
The chief said his administration will be as transparent as possible in an effort to regain any trust the public may have lost.
