(KMOV) -- Imagine opening your mailbox and finding a credit card bill, for an account you never opened. That’s exactly what happened to an O'Fallon, Mo. woman.

Police say that a man and woman stole the woman’s identity.

The pair allegedly opened at least two credit cards and a checking account in her name.

Surveillance video shows them leaving a Sam's Club in Ferguson with items they bought.

In all, police say someone charged and spent over $10,000 in the O'Fallon woman's name.
