Elderly couple killed in St. Louis County house fire | Blog

(KMOV) -- Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fatal house fire in Bellefontaine Neighbors.
Fire officials say that an elderly couple was killed in the fire. Their bodies were found in the home as firefighters worked to put out the flames.

Family members identify the victims as Casey Waller, 91, and his wife Marie Waller, 85.
According to the Riverview Fire Chief, firefighters received a call for help at the couple's home at 1170 Ashford around 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. When firefighters arrived, the home was fully engulfed in flames.
The victims were found in the kitchen. Investigators say that the fire started in the living room.
