An overnight police standoff ended with a murder suspect in custody. Police surrounded an apartment building in the 4900 block of Mardel, near Tower Grove Park. A 22-year-old man wanted in connection with a murder earlier this week was inside the building. Police said negotiations failed to have the suspect come out voluntarily. No one was injured during the standoff or when police rushed into the building.
