FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

"I am!", said a man with a megaphone.

"I am!", said the crowd.

"Mike Brown!", said a man with a megaphone.

"Mike Brown!", said the crowd.

As an emotional crowd shouted his name, teddy bears, balloons and roses cover the memorial for Mike Brown on the 4th anniversary of the 18-year-old's untimely death.

"This is every day for us, it's once a year for some people," said Mike Brown Sr.

Mike Brown Sr. told News 4 he knows his son, unarmed when he was shot and killed by then Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, would've gone on to do great things were he still alive today.

"It'd be way different, maybe he'd be on his Bachelor's right about now," said Brown Sr.

Officer Darren Wilson was never indicted.

This anniversary, there's a renewed hope Brown's case could one day be reopened, now that St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch lost the primary to Ferguson City Councilman Wesley Bell Tuesday.

"The whole city is happy that Wesley Bell made it in," said Brown Sr. "We get a chance to get a fair trial."

But Bell's win is only the beginning.

"Who shuts s*** down?", chanted Brown Sr.

"We shut s*** down!" chanted the crowd.

And demonstrators did just that. Brown Sr. and over a hundred supporters marched down West Florissant to Ferguson Market, where it all began on August 9 2014, and shut down the store.

"They've been doing wrong before Mike Brown Jr.," said Brown Sr. "This has been going on."

With no candidate from any other political party in the race, Wesley Bell will run unopposed in November.

News 4 reached out to the owner of Ferguson Market regarding the allegation, but are still waiting to hear back.
