Bi-county police chase ends with officers' guns drawn in North St. Louis city

ST. CHARLES COUNTY (KMOV.com) -

A police pursuit that started in St. Peters ended in North City Tuesday afternoon ended with the suspect in custody. 

The vehicle crashed into a residential fence at a low speed in the 1400 block of Amherst Terrace in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood. 

In video captured by Skyzoom 4, police appeared to have taken two suspects out of the vehicle in handcuffs. 

The vehicle was seen driving westbound in the eastbound lanes on Interstate 70 near Zumbehl Road around 1:30 p.m.

As of 2:30 p.m, the suspect was seen driving through North St. Louis city through alleys and one-way streets.
