Here's where your pet can stay cool as temperatures rise

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – As temperatures rise throughout the area there are a few places you can take your pet so they can stay cool.

The Humane Society of Missouri has opened two cooling stations for pets and their people. They will be open Friday, June 29 from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Saturday, June 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Humane Society of Missouri’s cooling stations are located at:

In addition, the St. Louis County Police Department’s Office of Emergency Management said the American Kennel Club Pet Disaster Relief trailer will be set up at the North County Recreation Complex at 2577 Redman Avenue starting at 2 p.m.
