The STL Brewers Guild raised $15,000 for local artists who lost some of their artwork in pop-up storms a few weeks ago.
The STL Brewers Guild started a GoFundMe account to raise money for the artists who lost artwork during some of the pop-up storms a few weeks ago at the Schlafly Art Festival in Maplewood.
The guild took to Twitter to show that the money was being mailed off to the artists and to thank those who donated.
Happy to announce that $15,000 was raised to benefit the 46 local artists who suffered major losses from storm damage at @Schlafly #ArtOutside 2018. Checks are cut and in the mail! Thank you so much to everyone who supported this fundraiser and our amazing local art community! pic.twitter.com/dtr7YTrTwd— Troika Brodsky (@TroikaB) June 15, 2018
