ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

The Families Belong Together March took place Thursday afternoon in downtown St. Louis as a march against the present immigration policy.

The march’s website says present immigration policy,

“Cruelly separates children from their parents. Now is the time to make a stand and clearly state that the right to stay together as a family is an INALIENABLE HUMAN RIGHT.”

The march started at the steps of the Old Courthouse and continued down Market through downtown until 1 p.m. where the march ended with a rally and a call to action.
