NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -

There are no reported deaths after three shootings in north St. Louis County overnight.

The first shooting took place before 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Thrift Avenue in Riverview. News 4 crews on the scene saw numerous evidence markers and officers processing a vehicle.

St. Louis County Crime Scene and Crimes Against Persons detectives were on the scene.

The second shooting happened about an hour later in the 1500 block of Reale Ave. in Spanish Lake. Police said a woman was rushed to an area hospital after being shot.

Police told News 4 a gun magazine was found at the shooting scene.

The third overnight shooting happened in the 9600 block of Diamond Drive in Riverview around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday about half a mile from the earlier scene on Thrift Avenue but officers said they do not believe the two shootings are connected. A neighbor said he heard four to five shots then heard a car speed away from the scene. A News 4 photographer on the scene saw one vehicle with a side window shot out. There was also a man who appeared to be taken to the hospital with a hand injury.

Police at the scene on Diamond Drive took nine people into custody, seven women and two men. Officers could not say if the arrests were connected to the shooting or if the individuals were taken into custody on unrelated charges.

The condition of the victims has not been released.
