ST. ANN, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

St. Ann police say a K9 dragged a suspect from his hiding place under a car early Tuesday morning.

Authorities said a woman who lives on Ashby said two or three suspects broke into her car. When officers arrived, they noticed one of the suspects running through backyards. Police chased him on foot, but he got away.

Around three hours later, police said they spotted a suspect hiding under a car on O’Hare, refusing to come out.

Police said a K9 named Titan crawled under and dragged the suspect from out under the car by the shoulder. The suspect was arrested.

The suspect wasn’t hurt, police said. He admitted to breaking into the woman’s car and admitted to other break-ins, police said.
