The Chairman of the Special Committee investigating Missouri Governor Eric Greitens lashed out at an attorney for the governor over the release of documents that so far Greitens lawyers have resisted.

"I'm tired of your team playing games with this," Jay Barnes said to attorney Michelle Nasser sitting in the audience.

Barnes became angered when he found out 5 pages of documents pertaining to cell phone examinations were given to Republican committee member Curtis Trent of Springfield.

Barnes fired off an angry tirade that Greitens defense lawyers have not turned over all the documents the committee has been demanding.

Barnes accused the attorneys of "cherry picking" items they wished to turn over.

"You want to look at evidence, give all the evidence to us," Barnes said.

Nasser, a former federal prosecutor in Chicago, said she felt berated by the Chairman.

Barnes also revealed the committee has now subpoenaed the governor to testify on June 4.

The committee is currently investigating accusations against the governor over an alleged non-consensual picture of a woman he was having an affair with and allegations of misusing a charity donor list for his campaign.  The committee's findings could lead to a possible impeachment of the governor.

Barnes expressed frustration that after 88 days since the committee was formed, the governor has yet to appear.
