CENTRAL WEST END (KMOV.com)-- Millions of viewers around the world tuned in to watch Prince Harry tie the knot with Meghan Markle including dedicated St. Louisans who were up early to witness royal history across the pond.

Several people arrived at 5 a.m. Saturday at West End Grill and Pub in the Central West End to get spot inside to watch the royal wedding.

Attendees got a tasted of London by enjoying a proper English breakfast while dressed in British bonnets and fascinators.

“It felt kind of weird because we were listening to church music,[the song] 'God Save the Queen' and everybody is clapping and screaming,” said Executive Chef of Tenacious Eats Elizabeth Schuster.

Schuster was cranking out orders from the kitchen to bring London to St. Louis for just a few hours while guest watch the royal couple say ‘I do’.

In addition to watching the ceremony, guests played royal trivia and enjoyed replica bouquets from Royal Weddings dating back to the 1800s..
