Doctor John Swartzberg of UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health helped Juilet and her daughter play a game of “What Is It?”

The three discovered that shredded cheese is made with powdered cellulose, a plant product and it’s made from a variety of plants including wood.

In some frozen burritos, snacks and pizza there is amino acids is made from hair or duck feathers and it’s used as a dough conditioner to improve its texture.

All the bizarre ingredients are legal to use in your food.

The FDA classifies them as “general recognized as safe” or “grass” for short.
