Sperreng Middle School given 'all clear' from police after investigation into threat

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -- St. Louis county officers have given the all clear at Sperreng Middle School after the school was evacuated around 1 p.m. Thursday due to a threat inside the building.

Lindbergh School District announced all students (around 900 kids) and staff were evacuated, but urged parents not to drive to the school to pick up children while police were on the scene.

St. Louis County Police Officers and their canine officers were on scene conducting a thorough search of the school grounds.
