4 wounded in North City shooting, police say

NORTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -

Police are investigating a quadruple shooting that happened in north St. Louis Wednesday afternoon.

Four male victims were shot in the 5200 block of Minerva around 4:30 p.m.

According to the investigation, the suspect was a male wearing a white t-shirt and red bandanna pulled over his face. The suspect was not known by the victims.  

One victim was shot in the leg and lower back. He was taken to a hospital by private car and is in critical but stable condition.

Another victim was shot in back, another in the left leg, and another was shot in the right arm. Police say all four victims were listed as stable as of 1 p.m. Thursday.

The investigation is ongoing.
