Police seek public's help in identifying makeup wearing bank robber

NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -

The St. Louis County Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with identifying a suspect who robbed a North County bank.

At 3 p.m., a man walked into the U.S. bank located in the 2800 block of Netherton Drive and passed a note to a bank teller demanding money. Police said the man told the teller that he had a gun before taking off with an undisclosed amount of money on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6’0 to 6’2 tall with an average build. The man is seen wearing makeup in the surveillance images.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.

The robbery is under investigation by the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons.
