ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – A man is accused of stabbing a relative in the chest in north St. Louis in early April.

Fifty-five-year-old Glenn Nicholson is accused of stabbing a 58-year-old man in the chest in the 4400 block of Lexington around 3:30 a.m. on April 5.  Police said the two were in a verbal argument when the stabbing occurred.

After being stabbed, the victim was taken to the hospital and listed in critical, unstable condition.

Nicholson has been charged with first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action. His cash-only bond has been set at $50,000.

Due to the victim’s condition, the Homicide Division is handling the ongoing investigation.
