Woman carjacked in Granite City parking lot; surveillance photos released of suspect vehicle

GRANITE CITY, Ill. (KMOV.com) – The Granite City Police Department is asking for help finding two suspects who carjacked a woman at gunpoint in a Walmart parking lot.

The two male suspects approached the woman in the parking lot of at 379 West Pontoon Road and pointed a gun at her. While holding her at gunpoint, the suspects demanded the keys to her vehicle, a blue 2017 Ford F-150 with the Missouri registration 2UW567.

One suspect then took off in the victim’s vehicle and the second drove off in the vehicle they initial drove to the parking lot, described as being a black Ford hatchback SUV.
