Some local students are getting an inside look at the business world.
The students are taking part in AT&T’s Mentoring Academy. Several students from Normandy High School attended the event at AT&T’s offices in Des Peres.
They had a chance to shadow workers and attend a session on technology and developing personal skills that could help them when they begin looking for a career.
“It helps me learn stuff I need to know in the future and sets me up with higher ranking people who can help me further on in life,” said senior Davontay McDonald.
There be another AT&T mentoring program later in March with students from Jennings.
