NORTH ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

The father of the 29-year-old found killed and burned inside a North St. Louis dumpster in January, isn’t giving up on finding his son’s killer.

Ronnie Robinson says he last spoke to his son just a few days before Breyon Robinson’s family reported him missing.

“He wanted me to do a car for him,” said Robinson, “and I said, ‘son next time I’m in town’.”

He didn’t get the chance at a 'next time' with his son.

The St. Louis Police Department used dental records to identify the burned body found near Fairground Park as Breyon. Police still don’t know how he died and Robinson says he hasn’t heard from investigators about any leads.

“As a father I would rather go before my son,” he said, “I look for my kid to bury me, not for me to bury my kid.”

Breyon is now making a plea for anyone with information about his son’s death to come forward and speak up, if not for his son, for Breyon’s three year-old daughter, Madison.

“Can you imagine three years old asking for her daddy and not knowing where her daddy’s at?” he said.

Robinson hasn't gotten much sleep since his son's death.

"I don’t sleep," he said, "I cry, I wake up in the middle of the night and I cry."

He doesn't plan on getting much rest until he gets answers.

"No justice," said Robinson, "no peace."

St. Louis Police ask that anyone with information about Breyon’s murder to contact CrimeStoppers at 1 866-371-TIPS.
