ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- A St. Louis man was charged Thursday in a shooting that left two dead, including an MSD contractor.

Police said Lonnell Lewis-Jones fired shots into a car occupied by three people around noon on February 22 in Berkeley.

One person, William Dortch, 27, was killed inside the car. A second victim, 55-year-old Frank Langston, was also shot and died hours after the shooting. Langston, who was a contractor for the Metropolitan Sewer District, was an unintended target, police said. No one else was injured.
