How would you like to fly a drone for a class project in grade school?

Students at North Kirkwood Middle School are doing that this week as part of “Pursuit Week”.

Kids take a break from classes to learn other skills like computer coding to fly drones.

One 7th grader said it’s perfect because he wants to be a software developer when he’s older.

“When I’m older I wanna be either a game developer or software developer so I feel like this is gonna reply and get me jump started and know what to do,” said seventh grader, Max Pricher.

The pursuit week is running all this week at North Kirkwood Middle school.
