Suspect arrested in connection with St. Charles subdivision car break-ins

ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

An arrest has made been made in connection with a car break-in that occurred in St. Charles County.

Donald Cotton, 21, was arrested after police ran a fingerprint at the scene.

Surveillance cameras captured two suspects breaking out the back window of a car and stealing less than five dollars in loose change. The incident happened in the St. Charles Hills subdivision.

Cotton has past arrested for robbery, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
