More than $90,000 raised at Polar Plunge in Lake St. Louis

Were you brave enough to take the Polar Plunge?

Feb. 3 marked the 15th annual event for thrill-seekers to take a dip into Lake St. Louis amid freezing temperatures.

More than 400 people participated in the Polar Plunge, raising a total of $91,000. They are still working toward their goal of $120,000.

All the money raised at the event supports the Special Olympics in Missouri. There are more than 6,500 Special Olympians in the St. Louis area.
