FOX10 news is committed to putting the spotlight on people "Caught in the Act". Each week, we work with local law enforcement to show surveillance video in the hopes that you can help crack the case.

Mobile Police are looking for two men accused of taking a trailer and a dirty mop right off the property of a local business. It happened at “Bosley Party Rentals” off Halls Mill Rd.

"We like helping the public and putting a smile on people’s faces,” said the business owner, Derrick Bosley. “This is how I make my living. I wish people would stop stealing from me.”

When Bosley came to work on Wednesday, he noticed his front gate was bent and his trailer was missing. That’s when he checked his surveillance cameras a found video that shows two men on his property.

They pull up on a truck. One man slips through the gate, while the other parks the truck across the street.

The man physically pulls the trailer off the property. He ducks down to the ground whenever another car drives by. Before he slips back through the gate, the man also grabs a used mop.

Bosley said the trailer was worth about $900.

"Detectives are going to able to enhance it, and we are going to get better video,” said Bosley. "I'm real mad, and I want to prosecute."

If you recognize who the men are, give Mobile Police a call.
