FARMINGTON (KMOV.com) -

The Farmington Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who burglarized a Captain D’s in December—and the owners are offering a reward.

The business owners has offered a $500 reward for information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible for the burglary that occurred on Dec. 29, according to the Daily Journal of Park Hills.

On Dec. 31, officers were dispatched to the restaurant, located on West Columbia Street, after an employee opening the store for business noticed several deposits were missing.

According to Farmington Police Chief Rick Baker, there were no signs of forced entry and the suspect appeared to be familiar with the inside layout of the restaurant

Surveillance images released by police show the suspect wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans, a bandana over their face and boots.

Anyone with information on the burglaries are asked to contact Detective Bill Gammon at 573-756-6686
