JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

The Fox C-6 School District said bus routes will be impacted Friday morning after a semi-truck went down an embankment in Jefferson County Thursday evening.

Officials said the truck, which was hauling flammable paint, traveled 50 feet down an embankment and it may have overturned. The crash occurred on Old Lemay Ferry Road near Frisco Hill.

Friday morning, Hazmat crews were continuing to clean up from the crash.

The school district said they are altering bus routes for the southern end of the district. Things are expected to be back to normal for the afternoon route.
