SOUTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV.com) -

A local South County high school senior was awarded a full-ride national scholarship to any college of her choosing.

Cor Jesu Academy senior, Naomi See, was one of 15 students awarded the Bryan Cameron Scholarship, which is based on stellar academics and community service achievements.

The scholarship will cover the full tuition cost and any educational expenses of any college.

See, who wants to pursue a career in International Relations, said her high school played a big role in helping her obtain the award.

"Everything I did I was encouraged, even when I failed in all my successes. So it does not escape how integral my school has been in the entire process from freshman to now,” said See.

Brian Hohlt, Cor Jesu Social Studies chairman, said any college would be lucky to have her on their campus.

“She loves to learn, to serve, so much joy, been great to have her in class,” Holht said.
