Man charged in Wentzville gun store theft

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) –A 24 year-old man was arrested after allegedly breaking into a Wentzville gun store and stealing guns on Dec. 20, 2017.

Police said Andre Legardy, of St. Louis, and a group of men broke into the Eagle Eye USA Shooting Sports store and stole three guns im June 2017. 

According to authorities, Legardy could face 10 years in prison with $250,000 fine, if convicted.

Legardy made his first appearance in court on Wed. Jan 17.

This case is being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
