Hot Buttered Rum:

Batter:

1lb softened unsalted butter

1lb brown sugar 

1lb white sugar

1t cinnamon

1t nutmeg

1t ground ginger

1 qt softened vanilla ice cream

Mix butter, sugar, and spices (will be a thick paste). When we’ll blended, add ice cream. Store in canning jars in refrigerator or freeze in a safe container. 

To make the Hot Buttered Rum Cocktail:

1-2T Batter

1-1.5oz. Golden Rum

2oz. Hot water
