ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Some of the star players for the St. Louis Blues fielded some entertaining questions today from a new group of reporters.

13 children who are fighting cancer got to ask Alexander Steen, Jake Allen, Alex Pietrangelo, and Carter Hutton any questions they wanted.

The patients from st. Louis Children's Hospital pretended they were part of the media and asked the players anything that came to mind, like, "Who do you think is the most smelliest when you come off the ice?”

Pietrangelo asked for more clarification, saying, “You mean the guys up here or the whole team?”

“Just you guys,” the intrepid reporter asked.

“Me for sure,” Pietrangelo said. “You want to come up and smell? I just showered."

After an investigation, the reporter seemed satisfied the stink was contained to the rink.

The event was part of the Blues’ "Hockey Fights Cancer" initiative in which the team is raising money for local organizations that prioritize cancer research.

The official "Hockey Fights Cancer” game is Friday night at Scottrade vs. The Los Angeles Kings.
