Police searching for missing Bethalto woman

BETHALTO (KMOV.com) -

Police are asking for help in searching for a Bethalto woman who was last seen Sunday morning.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office have identified the missing person as Deborah L. Edminster, 52, from the 200 block of Maple Drive in Bethalto, Illinois.

Edminster was last seen at her home on Sunday around 9:45 a.m.

Edminster's vehicle, a gold 2006 Jeep Cherokee, is also missing. The vehicle has a Washington state license plate that reads AWU1550.

Police said Edminster often wears blue jeans, black tennis shoes and black socks. Her light purple and white plaid flannel shirt was also missing.
