Bridgeton police looking for missing man suffering from dementia

BRIDGETON (KMOV.com) -

Police are looking for a missing man with dementia who was last seen at a Walmart in Bridgeton.

Authorities are looking for Esteban Sanchez-Charro, 86.

Police said he was in a car in the parking lot of the Walmart on St. Charles Rock Road Thursday morning. His son returned to the car after 40 minutes and saw his father was gone, police said.

Authorities said Sanchez-Charro has dementia and has wandered away from family in the past.

Charro is described as a white man, 5’2”, weighing 120 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Police believe he was last seen wearing a dark brown hat, gray vest, black jacket, gray shirt, khaki pants and dark brown shoes. He also wears glasses.
