Four arrested in connection with armed robbery at Vegas Inn Motel

SOUTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Four suspects have been arrested for allegedly robbing a 46-year-old man at gunpoint at the Vegas Inn Motel in South City.

Police say the victim was inside his motel room around 9:30 p.m. Saturday night, when four suspects forced themselves into his room. The suspects who were armed with guns, assaulted the victim and demanded his property.

After forcing the man out of his room, the suspects fired shots at the victim, who shot back at them, hitting a 17-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man.

The suspects then drove to a nearby hospital, where the two suspects who were injured received treatment. The suspects were listed in stable condition.

The following suspects were arrested and currently have charges pending against them, including:

Dominique Nance, 19, of the 11000 block of Ebert Dr.

Deshaun Harlan, 17, of the 60 block of Jost Villa in Florissant, MO

Marlon Bush, 21, of the 10200 block of Cedarhurst

Marcus Smith, 21, of the 4400 block of Parker

The Circuit Attorney’s Office issued charges against for first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.

This investigation is ongoing.
