A Laclede’s Landing building is undergoing a $3 million renovation which will include new restaurants, event spaces and offices.

Owner of the popular chain Drunken Fish, Munsok So, is planning on opening a coffee shop and restaurant on the ground floor. The building will also home a 325-seat event space called VUE which will be located on the fifth floor of the building.

The ground floor will feature a new Korean fusion restaurant, Kimichi Guys, serving Korean Fried Chicken and other dishes.

Next door, Miss Java, a new coffee shop, is planned to open as well as a smaller event space called KOR.

The underground floor is set to become an event space to open sometime next year.

The Drunken Fish’s corporate offices will occupy the fourth floor of the 50,000-square-foot building. The second and third floors will be renovated for other office spaces which are expected to open next year.
