ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- On Tuesday, voters in St. Louis City voted to decide the fate of a half-cent sales tax hike that would go towards police and firefighters.
The Proposition passed with 60 percent voting in favor.
Proposition P was the only issue on the ballot in St. Louis City on Tuesday, although there was an aldermanic election in one ward. The polls closed at 7:00 p.m.
