Free business program aims to help military transition to entrepreneurship

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is offering a two-step entrepreneurial training program to military members and their families.

The program, called Boots to Business, includes an introductory two-day classroom course followed by an eight-week online course with in-depth training on how to start a business.

Boots to Business is free to service members and their spouses transitioning or retiring from the military. The program is available on military installations worldwide.

You can register for any upcoming Boots to Business course at the transition services office on your military installation.
