Homicide unit requested after woman found dead in vacant lot

NORTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Homicide detectives are investigating after a woman was found dead in a vacant parking lot Wednesday morning.

Police responded to a call about a “suspicious death” in the 5700 block of Wabada around 8:30 a.m.  

Authorities are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the death.
