ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- A Glasgow Village man is facing felony child abuse charges after he "slammed" the head of a 10-month-old girl, critically injuring her, police said Thursday.
The girl, court documents say, is the daughter of Richard Bonnard's girlfriend.
Bonnard, 21, of the Redfrew Drive, abused the baby Monday in a home on Leisure Drive in St. Louis County. The baby was taken to a hospital in critical, but stable condition.
Bonnard is charged with felony child abuse. Bail is set at $500,000.
