It's been nearly ten years since Isaac Bruce last suited up for the St. Louis Rams, but he is still mentoring children in the St. Louis area.
Bruce was on hand on Thursday in south St. Louis delivering a $10,000 donation toward funding a weight room renovation to Carnahan High School.
"I think it's the ultimate. I have the opportunity to come back to a city that showed me a lot of love during my time here and impact it in a positive way," said Bruce.
"I'm really glad he gave it to us so we can use the facility to our fullest advantage and then hopefully it'll take us far this season. It's our senior season. We got to have fun," said Cordell Barrett, a senior.
Bruce now lives in south Florida, and his foundation does work there, too. It also works in Memphis where he went to college.
