SULLIVAN, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- A farmer in Sullivan, Missouri, got a remarkable surprise on the morning of the solar eclipse.

On August 21, his horse gave birth to a foal that is completely black except for a white crescent moon shape on its forehead.

The family appropriately named the filly, “Eclipse.”

In a picture, the baby is standing next to its mom, who appears to have a white heart shape on her side. A News 4 viewer noted the pair reminded them of the song, “Total Eclipse of the Heart.”
