ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) -

The St. Louis Science Center is a busy place this weekend.

It's holding a two-day Sci-Fest celebration ahead of the total solar eclipse.

NASA scientists are on hand to teach attendees the best ways to observe the eclipse.

And for those still in need of eclipse glasses, the first 100 to attend the celebration on Sunday will get a free pair!

"We want to make sure that everybody knows what's going on, why it's important to get out and see it and how to do it safely," said Anna Green, manager of James S. McDonnell Planetarium. "This is something you should be excited about, that's fun and it's definitely something that you should be checking out and observing."

Sci-Fest continues Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
